Meet The Team
Seamus Rodgers – Director
Seamus has over 20 years’ experience working in the construction industry, starting out as a formwork carpenter in Dublin working on a number of high-end projects such as the building of the Aviva Stadium. Since then, Seamus has gained invaluable extensive experience across the industry. He spent over a decade working in London on major contracts with some of the world’s leading construction companies, such as the building of the basement at the Royal Albert Hall.
Seamus takes a hands-on approach to managing all projects, paying great attention to detail and ensuring that each client’s expectations are exceeded.
Brian Deasy – Director
Brian has over 20 years’ experience working within the industry. Brian began his career as a carpenter in Cork and later moved his career overseas to take on more challenging and dynamic roles with some of Canada’s leading construction companies. In 2009, Brian took on the role as Foreman to head-up extensive projects such as the Vancouver SkyTrain extension and the Calgary Water Treatment Plant Project. Having gained invaluable experience leading such advanced and dynamic projects, Brian brought his experience back to Cork.
Brian has a proven track record of managing projects from conception stage right through to completion - safely, on time and to budget.
Irene Rodgers – Company Secretary
Irene held the position of Risk Management professional with the UK’s biggest port operator before joining Deasy Rodgers Construction Limited. She is an experienced project manager and is a current member of APMG International having received her PRINCE2 Project Management qualification. She also holds a bachelor’s degree from the Open University in London.
Irene is a target driven and results focused individual driving the team to exceed our client’s expectations at all times.
Irene is responsible for efficient administration, particularly with regard to ensuring compliance with our statutory and regulatory requirements.

Deasy Rodgers Construction oversees all construction projects with complete and expert Project Management. Our skilled team will look after everything from the initial design right down to the very last fitting. Whether it's an architect, sub-contractor or third party tradesmen, Deasy Rodgers Construction will source all workers and act as our clients' one point of contact.
The planning element of any project is just as important as the actual construction. We will ensure that all schedules, deadlines and budget guidelines are adhered to at all times. Deasy Rodgers Construction will also establish a safe working environment and we make sure that health and safety guidelines are followed at all costs.
